Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Architect to lead the design and development of our next-generation AI hardware platforms. You will be responsible for defining the overall architecture, selecting key components, and ensuring the performance, power, and cost targets are met. This role requires a deep understanding of modern processor architectures, memory systems, and high-speed interfaces, with a focus on AI/ML workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and document the high-level hardware architecture for AI accelerators and edge devices.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate processors (CPUs, GPUs, NPUs), memory technologies, and peripherals.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of complex digital logic, including custom IP blocks.
  • Develop power management strategies and optimize for low-power operation.
  • Collaborate with software teams to ensure hardware-software co-design and optimal performance.
  • Create detailed schematics and board-level designs, and guide PCB layout engineers.
  • Define and execute hardware verification and validation plans.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI hardware, semiconductor technology, and emerging computing paradigms.
