Hardware Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Architect to join our dynamic team at IHCL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable hardware solutions that support our extensive network of hotels and restaurants across India. This role requires a deep understanding of hardware infrastructure, network architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect comprehensive hardware solutions for new hotel and restaurant openings, as well as upgrades to existing facilities.
- Evaluate and select appropriate hardware components, including servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and point-of-sale (POS) hardware.
- Develop detailed hardware specifications and documentation for procurement and implementation.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure hardware compatibility and optimal performance.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues across the IHCL network.
- Stay abreast of emerging hardware technologies and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain hardware roadmaps and lifecycle management plans.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to IT operations teams.
