Hardware Engineer - Robotics

We are seeking a talented and motivated Hardware Engineer with a focus on robotics to join our innovative team. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and testing the next generation of hardware for our construction automation systems. This role involves hands-on work with electronic components, sensors, actuators, and embedded systems, as well as collaborating with software and mechanical engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom hardware circuits and systems for robotic applications.
• Select and integrate electronic components, sensors, and actuators.
• Develop and debug embedded firmware for microcontrollers and FPGAs.
• Perform hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and integrate solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and robotics technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hardware design, PCB layout, and schematic capture.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, AVR), and RTOS.
• Experience with sensor integration, communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART), and power management.
• Familiarity with robotic systems, kinematics, and control.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
