Hardware Engineering Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hardware Engineering Manager to lead our hardware engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of hardware components and systems for our industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background in hardware design, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Drive the entire hardware development lifecycle, from conceptualization and feasibility studies to detailed design, prototyping, and production.
- Define hardware architecture and specifications for new products and system upgrades.
- Oversee the design of analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and embedded systems relevant to industrial machinery.
- Manage component selection, vendor evaluation, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute rigorous testing and validation plans to ensure product reliability, performance, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, mechanical engineering, product management, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless product integration.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and product quality.
- Stay abreast of emerging hardware technologies and industry trends.
