Hardware Engineering Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hardware Engineering Manager to lead our hardware engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of hardware solutions for our water treatment and waste management systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Develop and implement hardware strategies aligned with the company's overall product roadmap and business objectives.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of all hardware designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and systems engineering, to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Stay abreast of emerging hardware technologies and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
