Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Engineering Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing Industrial Automation team in Kochi. This entry-level management role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is eager to learn and contribute to the development and management of hardware engineering projects within the automation sector. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and management to understand project lifecycles, assist in resource allocation, and ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of hardware engineering projects for industrial automation systems.

Support project managers and senior engineers in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Learn and apply project management methodologies to track project progress and identify potential risks.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.

Help manage procurement of hardware components and track inventory levels.

Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project status.

Develop a strong understanding of hardware engineering principles and industrial automation technologies.
