We are seeking a motivated Hardware Installation & Maintenance Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our critical hardware infrastructure supporting our media and entertainment operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hardware systems and a passion for troubleshooting and maintenance, backed by an M.Tech degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain various hardware components, including servers, networking equipment, workstations, and specialized media hardware.

Perform routine diagnostics and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal hardware performance and reliability.

Troubleshoot hardware issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware for projects and office expansions.

Maintain accurate inventory of hardware assets and track maintenance records.

Collaborate with senior engineers and IT staff on hardware upgrades and system improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards for all hardware installations and maintenance activities.
