Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Installation & Maintenance professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hardware systems, network infrastructure, and maintenance protocols within an industrial environment. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime of critical hardware components supporting our pulp and paper manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain various hardware components including servers, workstations, network devices, and specialized industrial control systems.
Perform regular diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, and repairs to identify and resolve hardware issues promptly.
Manage hardware inventory, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of IT assets.
Collaborate with IT teams and plant engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware with operational software and systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize hardware failures and ensure system reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding hardware operation and troubleshooting.
Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry best practices relevant to the pulp and paper sector.
