Hardware Installation & Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hardware Installation & Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of various hardware components and systems for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and providing timely support to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, including servers, workstations, peripherals, and network devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics to prevent hardware failures.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware malfunctions, replacing faulty components as needed.
• Manage inventory of hardware parts and equipment.
• Document all installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hardware Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting various hardware components (e.g., PCs, servers, printers, network devices).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
