Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Installation & Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all hardware systems and medical equipment within our hospital network. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our critical medical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test new hardware components and medical equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing hardware and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, including malfunctions and performance problems.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware-related queries and issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware assets and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hospital policies during installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT and biomedical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware.
- Document all hardware configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
