Role Summary:
Boeing is seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware & Network Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of complex hardware and network infrastructure projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, supporting our global aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and network components.
- Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Boeing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned to identify areas for process improvement.
