Hardware & Network - Project Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hardware & Network Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT infrastructure projects within our pharmaceutical operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of hardware and network projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, hardware and network technologies, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of milestones and to identify potential risks and issues.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedules, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure all hardware and network infrastructure projects align with company IT policies and security standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance for hardware and network solutions.
