Hardware & Network - Project Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hardware & Network Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects within our BPO operations. This role is critical in ensuring our network and hardware systems are robust, scalable, and meet the evolving needs of our business and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget for hardware and network initiatives.
- Manage project execution, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee hardware procurement, installation, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure network infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance align with security policies and performance standards.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Facilitate post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for future projects.
