Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware professional to join our dynamic team at Strides Pharma Science Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade of various hardware systems and infrastructure critical to our biotechnology operations. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware components, networking principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, workstations, and peripheral devices.
- Perform regular hardware diagnostics and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot hardware-related issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions.
- Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with IT and R&D teams to support the integration of new hardware into existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements related to hardware management.
- Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on hardware-related matters.
- Document hardware configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
