The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong foundation in hardware development and integration within industrial automation and packaging machinery. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust hardware platforms that drive our advanced packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements for new packaging machinery and automation systems.
- Design, develop, and test embedded hardware platforms, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection.
- Integrate various hardware components such as microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces.
- Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and maintain hardware documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues in production and field environments.
- Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends relevant to the packaging sector.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of hardware design processes and methodologies.
