Role Summary:
We are seeking a Hardware Reliability Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for ensuring the long-term performance and dependability of our hardware infrastructure. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and analytical skills to contribute to robust reliability strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hardware reliability testing plans and procedures.
- Analyze failure data and identify root causes of hardware failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations) to address reliability issues.
- Contribute to the design and selection of reliable hardware components.
- Monitor hardware performance metrics and identify potential risks.
- Prepare reports on reliability trends, test results, and improvement recommendations.
- Manage vendor relationships related to hardware support and maintenance.
- Assist in developing and refining business processes related to hardware lifecycle management.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for reliability-related investments.
