Hardware Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hardware Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and longevity of our hardware components and systems. You will work closely with design, manufacturing, and operations teams to identify potential failure modes, develop and execute test plans, and implement solutions to enhance product robustness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement hardware reliability testing strategies and methodologies.
• Analyze test data and failure reports to identify root causes of hardware failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and design improvements.
• Develop and maintain reliability models and predictions.
• Contribute to the development of new hardware products by providing reliability expertise during the design phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hardware reliability engineering, failure analysis, and testing.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and reliability analysis techniques (e.g., Weibull analysis, FMEA).
• Experience with hardware testing equipment and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
