Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hardware Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, durability, and performance of our event technology hardware, from initial design through to deployment and ongoing operation. You will play a critical part in maintaining the seamless execution of live events by proactively identifying and mitigating potential hardware failures. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the cutting-edge technology that powers the live entertainment experiences in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive hardware reliability testing plans and methodologies.
- Conduct failure analysis on hardware components and systems, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate reliability considerations into the product development lifecycle.
- Define and track key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, FIT rates, failure modes).
- Perform stress testing, environmental testing, and accelerated life testing on hardware prototypes and production units.
- Develop and maintain reliability prediction models and databases.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in hardware reliability engineering.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our hardware design and manufacturing processes.
