Hardware Reliability Engineer (3-5 Yrs) | Delhi

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Reliability Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong B.Sc in a relevant engineering discipline and a passion for ensuring the long-term performance and durability of our hardware components within the furniture and furnishing sector. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential failure modes, conducting rigorous testing, and implementing solutions to enhance product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct root cause analysis of hardware failures and develop corrective actions.

Design and execute reliability test plans (e.g., HALT/HASS, environmental testing, stress testing) for new and existing hardware components.

Analyze test data and field return data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to integrate reliability considerations into the product development lifecycle.

Develop and maintain reliability prediction models and documentation.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in hardware reliability.
