Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardware Reliability Engineer to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware systems, failure analysis, and statistical methods to ensure the long-term reliability and performance of our products. This role involves in-depth analysis of hardware components, identification of potential failure modes, and implementation of preventive measures. You will collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to drive reliability improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct reliability testing and analysis on hardware components and systems.
Perform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA) for hardware failures.
Develop and implement reliability growth plans and strategies.
Analyze field data and customer feedback to identify reliability trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with design engineers to integrate reliability considerations into new product development.
Prepare technical reports and present findings to management and cross-functional teams.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in hardware reliability.
