Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Reliability Engineer with 0-2 years of experience, holding an M.Tech degree, to join our Industrial Automation division in Thane. This role involves ensuring the reliability, quality, and longevity of our hardware components and systems used in industrial environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential failure modes, perform rigorous testing, and implement solutions to enhance product robustness.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of reliability test plans for hardware components and systems.

Analyze test data and failure reports to identify root causes of hardware failures.

Participate in design reviews to provide input on reliability considerations.

Collaborate with design engineers to implement corrective actions and design improvements.

Support the development and maintenance of reliability standards and procedures.

Conduct statistical analysis of reliability data.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of product reliability.
