Hardware Research Engineer

Role Summary:
Adani Defence & Aerospace is seeking a motivated Hardware Research Engineer with an M.Tech degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our R&D team in Vishakhapatnam. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and testing of advanced hardware systems for defence and aerospace applications. You will work on challenging projects, pushing the boundaries of technology to create innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development on novel hardware architectures and components for defence systems.
- Design, simulate, and prototype electronic circuits and systems, including RF, digital, and analog circuits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, systems engineering) to integrate hardware solutions.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of hardware designs, ensuring compliance with stringent defence standards.
- Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement design optimizations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hardware engineering, materials science, and relevant technologies.
- Contribute to technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
