Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our team at Nazara Technologies. This role will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential hazards related to fire safety, physical injury, and other operational risks within our gaming and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to implement effective safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential fire hazards, slip/trip risks, and other workplace safety issues.
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire prevention and emergency response plans.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees, focusing on hazard awareness and risk mitigation.
- Manage the procurement and maintenance of fire safety equipment and first-aid supplies.
- Assist in the development and review of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor and report on key safety performance indicators to management.
