Head - Administration

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Administration to oversee and manage all administrative functions for our rapidly growing healthcare startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative department, supporting various business units, and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Oversee the coordination of travel arrangements, meetings, and events for senior management and staff.
- Manage and maintain office infrastructure, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Lead and mentor the administrative team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Budget management for the administration department, including cost control and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements for office administration.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies and service providers.
- Implement and manage office automation and technology solutions to streamline administrative processes.
- Support HR functions related to employee onboarding, office facilities, and employee welfare programs.
