Head - Analytics / BI

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Analytics / BI to lead our analytics and business intelligence initiatives at our Nasik facility. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across various departments, optimizing operational efficiency, and identifying new opportunities for growth within the water treatment and waste management domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics and BI strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead a team of data analysts and BI specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify actionable insights, patterns, and anomalies related to operational performance, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sales) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI platforms and databases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the analytics and reporting workflows.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, BI tools, and data science, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling recommendations for senior management.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and technology providers for BI solutions.
