Job Description
Role Summary: Pratham Education Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Analytics & Business Intelligence to lead its data-driven initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping the organization's understanding of its impact, operational efficiency, and strategic direction through robust data analysis and insightful reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, BI tools, and a passion for social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics and BI strategy aligned with Pratham's mission and goals.
- Lead a team of data analysts and BI specialists, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various programs and operations.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic planning and program improvement.
- Collaborate with program managers, IT, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, BI, and data science, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
