Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Analytics/BI to lead our analytics and business intelligence functions. This role will be instrumental in shaping our data strategy, driving insights, and empowering business stakeholders with actionable intelligence. You will manage a team of talented analysts and BI professionals, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics and BI strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analytics and BI professionals.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Drive the adoption of data analytics and BI tools and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics platforms.
- Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and BI.
