Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Head - Analytics / BI with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc. degree and possess a strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. You will be instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making within our organization, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of public administration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust BI strategies and solutions to support organizational goals.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in analytics and BI technologies and best practices.
