Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head - BD / Pre Sales with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in the Pulp & Paper industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and providing pre-sales support to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the paper industry and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Manage the pre-sales process, including proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle.
