Head - BD / Pre Sales - Packaging & Containers (3-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Business Development / Pre-Sales with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and providing pre-sales support for our innovative packaging solutions within the pharmaceutical and other related industries. A strong understanding of the packaging lifecycle and a B.Pharma degree are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging and containers sector, with a focus on pharmaceutical clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and market trends.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on packaging solutions, particularly for pharmaceutical applications, leveraging B.Pharma knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy and business development initiatives.
