Job Description
Role Summary:
As the Head of Compensation & Benefits (C&B), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our C&B strategies align with our business objectives and are competitive within the BPM industry in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive C&B strategy that supports the company's growth and talent management goals.
- Design and administer competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
- Oversee the design and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory and non-statutory benefits.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and compliant with Indian labor laws.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for C&B-related services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits in India.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to communicate C&B programs effectively.
- Lead and mentor the C&B team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
