This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience and a Master's degree who is eager to contribute to shaping our employee reward strategies within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Support the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes.
Help manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Prepare reports and presentations on C&B related data and trends.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
