Head - C & B - Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Sector (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head - C & B with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing pharmaceutical company. This role will support the Compensation & Benefits function, contributing to the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of C&B principles and a keen analytical ability, with a background in Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the annual salary review process, including data analysis, market benchmarking, and preparation of recommendations.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Participate in job evaluation and grading exercises.
- Help in the development and communication of C&B policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on C&B initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to address C&B-related queries.
