Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - Client Relations with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role will be instrumental in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth within the textile and apparel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and to resolve any client issues promptly.
• Track client engagement and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare and present regular reports on client status, satisfaction, and account growth.
• Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and track progress.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of client relationship strategies.
