Job Description
Role Summary: The Head - Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the Indian power sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, legal compliance, and financial implications of C&B strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.
- Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perquisites.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to manage the annual compensation review process.
- Develop and maintain C&B policies and procedures.
- Analyze C&B data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for C&B programs.
- Lead and mentor the C&B team.
