Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Compensation & Benefits to lead our C&B function. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the Defence & Aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian market and the unique requirements of a fast-paced, growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
- Manage the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory and non-statutory benefits, ensuring compliance with Indian regulations.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits packages.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for benefits administration.
- Develop and deliver communication strategies to effectively inform employees about their compensation and benefits.
- Lead and mentor the C&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
