Head - Corporate Communication

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Corporate Communication to lead and manage all aspects of Larsen & Toubro's corporate communications. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the company's brand reputation, manage stakeholder relations, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industrial equipment and machinery sector and a proven track record in corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage all internal and external communication channels, including media relations, press releases, social media, and corporate website.
• Craft compelling narratives and key messages for various stakeholders, including investors, employees, customers, and the public.
• Oversee crisis communication planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key opinion leaders.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and platforms.
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, investor relations, and human resources, to ensure cohesive communication efforts.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage the corporate communications budget effectively.
