Head - Corporate Communication

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Corporate Communication to lead our communication efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance Blue Dart's brand reputation, manage stakeholder relations, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the logistics industry and a proven track record in corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage all internal and external communication channels, including press releases, media relations, social media, and company intranet.
- Craft compelling narratives and key messages for various stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the media.
- Oversee crisis communication planning and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and key influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Organize and manage corporate events and sponsorships.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
