Head - Corporate Communication

Role Summary: The Head - Corporate Communication will be responsible for developing and executing ZEE's comprehensive corporate communication strategy to enhance brand reputation, manage stakeholder relations, and drive internal and external communications across its diverse entertainment verticals in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing communications for a large, publicly listed media conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated corporate communication strategies aligned with ZEE's business objectives and brand values.
• Oversee all aspects of media relations, including press releases, media kits, crisis communication, and proactive media engagement.
• Manage investor relations communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to shareholders and the financial community.
• Craft compelling internal communications to foster employee engagement and alignment with company vision and values.
• Develop and manage the company's social media presence and digital communication channels.
• Act as a key spokesperson for the company when required.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor communications to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Legal, Investor Relations) to ensure cohesive communication efforts.
• Manage the corporate communications budget and external agencies.
