Role Summary: We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head - Creative to lead our creative strategy and execution for all marketing and brand initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping the creative identity of our rapidly growing telecom and digital services brand, ensuring compelling and impactful communication across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cohesive creative vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and content creators.
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across various platforms (digital, ATL, BTL).
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver effective creative solutions.
• Manage creative budgets and timelines effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor creative strategies.
