Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head - Creative to lead our creative strategy and execution for all marketing and brand initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping the brand narrative and ensuring compelling communication across all touchpoints for Havells India Ltd. in the electrical equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and content creators.
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns for product launches, brand building, and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all creative outputs, including digital, print, and video.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business needs into impactful creative solutions.
• Manage creative budgets and timelines effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to drive innovation.
