Head - Customer Success - M.Pharma Professionals

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of Customer Success to lead our customer engagement and retention strategies. This role is critical in ensuring our M.Pharma professional clients achieve maximum value from our platform and services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving product adoption and satisfaction within the emerging health-tech space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies tailored for M.Pharma professionals, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive value realization.
- Monitor customer health metrics and implement proactive interventions to prevent churn and drive retention.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer success managers (if applicable).
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate ROI and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and advocacy.
