Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Head - Data Base to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our critical data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in database technologies and a keen analytical mind, with 1-5 years of relevant experience and an M.Tech degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust database systems to support company operations.
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and availability through regular backups and recovery procedures.
- Develop and execute database queries and scripts for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices.
