Head - Data Base

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Data to lead our data initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our data strategy, building and managing our data infrastructure, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, data governance, business intelligence, and advanced analytics, particularly within the fitness and wellness sector.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our data warehouse, data lakes, and ETL pipelines.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing data team.
• Drive the adoption of data analytics and business intelligence tools across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics.
