Head - Data Base

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Data Base to lead our data management and database operations. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the company's data strategy, ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of our databases, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration, data architecture, and team leadership within a consulting or corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all company databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
• Ensure database performance, scalability, and reliability through effective monitoring and tuning.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of database administrators and data engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
• Manage database security, including access control, encryption, and disaster recovery planning.
• Stay abreast of emerging database technologies and trends, and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Manage vendor relationships for database-related software and services.
