Head - Data Science

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Data Science to lead our data science initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization, from product development to customer engagement and business strategy. You will build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the effective application of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's data science strategy, aligning with business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data analysts.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and data-driven products.

Identify opportunities to leverage data science for business growth, operational efficiency, and customer value.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to define data needs and deliver insights.

Establish best practices for data governance, data quality, and model interpretability.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning and evaluate their applicability.

Communicate complex findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
