Head - Data Science

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Data Science to lead our data science initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be instrumental in leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to unlock insights, optimize business processes, and create new opportunities within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall data science strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts.
- Identify opportunities to apply data science and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems in areas such as customer segmentation, predictive modeling for sales and demand forecasting, site selection, property valuation, and operational efficiency.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Establish best practices for data governance, data quality, and model validation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, AI, and relevant technologies, and evaluate their potential application within the real estate industry.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
