Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data science strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a team of data scientists, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive maintenance, quality control, demand forecasting, and process optimization.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
