Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Design & Development to lead our product innovation and engineering teams. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital payment solutions in India, driving the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies that enhance financial inclusion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of designers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Define and champion the design vision and strategy for new and existing payment products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Drive the adoption of modern design principles, agile methodologies, and best-in-class development practices.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions.
- Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of designs, while also prioritizing user experience and accessibility.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in fintech and digital payments, identifying opportunities for innovation.
