Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Head - Design & Development to lead our innovative design and development initiatives within the public administration sector. This position is ideal for a talented professional with 4-6 years of experience who possesses a strong academic background in LLMs and a passion for public service innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of new digital products and services, focusing on user experience and accessibility for diverse citizen demographics.
- Oversee the integration and application of LLMs in developing intelligent chatbots, automated content generation tools, and advanced data analysis platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy makers, engineers, and domain experts, to translate requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and human-computer interaction, applying them to enhance our offerings.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards within all design and development processes.
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, budgets, and timelines for design and development initiatives.
